Large deck with stunning views, Impressive star-gazing opportunities, Access to nature activities

Bathroom ventilation issues created lingering odors!!! Lack of hooks in the shower made personal care inconvenient!!! Limited Roku TV subscriptions left me watching nothing but local channels!!! Room sizes felt cramped at times!!!

Just a decent option for a mini-break over the weekend in Los Alamos with outstanding value. The deck outside my room was great for working and relaxing, surrounded by nature. Bring some extra snacks to enjoy on the deck.

    peaceful retreat
    quality breakfast
    short drive
    lack of decor
    minor access inconvenience

The queen room with a balcony offered a peaceful retreat, and I appreciated the extensive cooking facilities and refrigeration available. Breakfast included a variety of options like cereal and yogurt, accompanied by quality Italian coffee. However, accessing the main area required a short drive, and the room could have used some additional decor for warmth. Despite these minor setbacks, the stay provided good value for the reasonable price.

    bathroom ventilation issues

The cozy atmosphere and charming common areas let us unwind after exploring nearby trails and enjoying some local skiing. The library with the pool table was a fun touch, perfect for evening hangouts. The deck outside our room offered nature views, which was a great escape.

We did notice some bathroom ventilation issues that could be improved. It made things a little uncomfortable at times.

    bathroom ventilation

We loved the cozy atmosphere and the stunning views from the deck, perfect for unwinding. The shared kitchen and living areas made it feel like home, facilitating our cooking and socializing. Plus, being in a tranquil wooded setting provided easy access to nature trails, great for our outdoor adventures.

Bathroom ventilation could use improvement, as it occasionally resulted in lingering odors.

    cozy common areas
    charming library
    kid-friendly amenities

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby trails after a day of skiing with our family of 20. The cozy common areas and charming library were perfect for relaxing evenings, especially with the kids playing pool and the adults having some quality family time.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly games would be great.
